Emmanuel Opde serves as the Director of Development at SEA Foundation, where he harnesses his extensive expertise in nonprofit and public organization management. With a robust background in program development, coordination, grant writing, partnership building, and community outreach, Emmanuel is dedicated to creating lasting positive change.
As a visionary leader, Emmanuel has founded and co-founded several nonprofit organizations, including the Centre for Behavioural Change and Public Enlightenment (CEBECPEN) and Tammy’s International Women in Agriculture Empowerment Association (TIWAEA). His commitment to driving social change and empowering underprivileged communities throughout Africa is evident in his dynamic approach to nonprofit leadership.
Emmanuel holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit/Public Organizational Management from Oklahoma City University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Uyo, and a National Diploma in Legal Studies from Rivers State Polytechnic Bori. This rich academic background, combined with his practical experience, enables him to design and implement impactful programs that address the unique challenges faced by marginalized populations.
