Helping Today. Helping Tommorow
SEA is an acronym that is taken from the initials of Stanley’s full name Stanley Efozie Ajudua.
The foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that trains and empowers the poor and vulnerable through strategic skill acquisitions and business skills development. This training supports them with grants to either start up or scale their businesses.
We also provide scholarships and mentorship for students at all levels.
For those battling with health challenges who are not able to pay their hospital bills, the foundation provides supports. In cases where we can clear the bill, we do, and in other cases we help with at least seventy percent so as to relieve their burdens.

Our Approach
After many years of interacting and helping people, we have come to understand which approach works best and which doesn’t. Most people have lost their sense of self-worth due to the conditions they have found themselves in.
Those who have attempted to bring help and relief to others usually assume and treat the people as though they were less humans. This is why our approach is first to restore that humanity and help the people see our help as a temporal relief that will sustain them until they are able to stand on their feet.
We believe in partnering with the people we are helping so that they can be able to stand on their own. Over the years, we have created a system that does not only provide relief, but also transform the minds of the people so that we do not create dependent people in an attempt to solve a problem.
Our approach is to engage the people the best we can so they can be able to provide for themselves and help others as well.
