Dr. Louisa serves as Executive Director SEA Foundation.

She is a renowned Women Development Advocate dedicated to empowering African women through leadership coaching, consulting, and capacity-building. She is President of the Civility Academy, an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Leadership Institute, and Founder of Women Who Win Africa (WWWA) and the Civility for the Girl Child Initiative, recognized globally on October 13th.

An alumna of the University of Toronto, Prescott College Arizona, and West London/Heriot-Watt University, UK, she has authored five books, spoken across four continents, and earned major honors, including African Woman of the Year 2020. Through her programs, Civilized Presence, and the LeadHerShip Refined Academy, she equips women and girls to lead with confidence and impact.
